Audi R8 @ Empire Hotel Brunei

It was a lovely weekend; me and my colleague (as usual nothing to do) had decided an outing to Empire Hotel.

Empire was really a gorgeous hotel. It was decorated with its unique styling of accommodation by surrounded with ocean, lagoon, garden and golf course.

The Room rate was cost from BND 400 (Superior Room) to BND 16,600 (Emperor Suite).

Well, of course we obviously can’t afford the Extreme Emperor Suite at that Hotel. So just afford to view the Display car park next to its Cinema

It is Audi R8.

The Audi R8 is a sports car with a longitudinally mounted mid-engine, and uses Audi's trademark Quattro permanent four wheel drive system.

Audi R8 was equipped with a 4.2 litre V8 engine.

It develops power output of 309 kilowatts (420 PS; 414 bhp) and generates 430 Newton meters (317 ft-lb) of torque.

In particular, it is an all-aluminum 32-valve (four valves per cylinder) petrol engine, utilizing Fuel Stratified Injection (FSI), and has a displacement of 4,163 cubic centimeters.

Audi stated 0-100kmh times only 4.6 second.

Basically, this car really amazes me with its elegant looks.

It cost above BND 200k (No idea on the exact price, but I heard R8 V10 is around 300kBND)
